DPoly Family Restaurants, Inc., doing business as D'Poly Taco, Grill & Beer ("D'Poly", "we", "us"), operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• When you place a pickup order: your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup time, the items you order, and any notes you add.
• When you use the order assistant: the words you type, used only to find matching menu items. We do not save these messages.
• Saved in your own browser: your cart and, if you dismiss it, the language suggestion. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order.
• Collected automatically: our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To prepare your order and have it ready at pickup, contact you about your order, process payment when card payment is offered, keep the website secure and prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax requirements. We do not use your information for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who handle information only to run this website for us:

• Maloremi LLC builds, hosts and maintains this website, and stores order records on our behalf.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that orders and sign-ins come from people and not automated bots. It may read technical information from your browser for that purpose.
• Google provides the fonts and the map shown on this website. Loading them shares your IP address with Google, and the map may set Google cookies.
• Resend delivers our emails, such as order updates sent to you and order alerts sent to our staff.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers, staff or business.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses only what it needs to work: your cart saved in your browser, the security check described above, and sign-in cookies for our staff.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 24 months for accounting and tax purposes and are then deleted automatically.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about your orders. To make a request, call us at (760) 970-4243. We will verify the request using the phone number or email on the order and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Do Not Track

Our website does not track you across other websites and does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
