Online Ordering Terms

These terms apply to pickup orders placed on this website with DPoly Family Restaurants, Inc., doing business as D'Poly Taco, Grill & Beer. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Pickup only

All online orders are for pickup at 1573 W Main St, El Centro, CA 92243. We do not deliver.

Placing and confirming your order

Review your cart before you place your order. After you place it, your order waits for the restaurant to confirm it, and you can follow its status on this website. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it. If we cannot take it, or do not confirm it within 15 minutes, it is cancelled and you are told on screen and by email if you gave one. We may call you to confirm an order, and we may cancel an order we cannot fill, for example if an item is sold out or we are about to close. If you already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

Prices and taxes

Prices on this website may differ from prices in the restaurant and may change without notice. Prices shown do not include sales tax; applicable sales tax is charged when you pay. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before charging the correct price, and you may cancel.

Payment

You pay when you pick up your order at the counter.

Pickup times

Pickup times are estimates. Please arrive at your selected time. Orders not picked up within 60 minutes of the pickup time may be discarded and are not refundable.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

To change or cancel an order, call us at (760) 970-4243 as soon as possible. Food that has already been prepared cannot be refunded. If something is wrong with your order, call us or tell us at pickup and we will make it right.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens. Please tell us about allergies when you order.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are not sold through online ordering. Drinks are served at the restaurant to guests 21 and older with valid ID.

Order assistant

The order assistant suggests menu items based on what you type and adds them to your cart. It can misunderstand a request, so please check your cart before placing your order. The order you place is the order we prepare.

Security check

To prevent fake orders, the order form includes a quick security check by Cloudflare.
